Mastery of Nervousness

The modem man is to-day facing for himself or his children the problem of nervous adjustment —that problem which is becoming more complicated each decade. In the complexity and intensity of modem life, this question is more and more frequently presented to the individual: “Shall I lower my standards, shall I surrender in whole or in part; or shall I select wisely and train for mastery.”

That the latter decision is possible for the majority of serious-minded men and women is the sole reason for this book.
